Our client, a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand, is looking for a results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to spearhead their online growth initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the US. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, enhance customer engagement, and maximize online sales. This includes overseeing all aspects of online advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a proven ability to optimize conversion rates, and a passion for leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions. You will manage the e-commerce website's performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving continuous improvement through A/B testing and customer feedback. Collaboration with product, creative, and customer service teams will be essential to ensure brand consistency and deliver exceptional customer journeys. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing and a strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools. You will be instrumental in shaping the brand's online presence and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Manage and optimize all paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.) to achieve ROI targets. Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and traffic. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Manage social media presence and develop engaging content to build brand awareness and community. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize website conversion rates and user experience. Manage affiliate marketing programs and explore new partnership opportunities. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing assets and landing pages. Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and report on performance to senior management. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on DTC brands. Proven track record of successfully driving online sales and customer acquisition through various digital channels. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
