Our client is a rapidly expanding online retailer seeking a results-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to join their fully remote team. This position is crucial for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and leveraging analytics to achieve aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a passion for digital marketing, and a proven track record of scaling online businesses.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and personalization to drive engagement and sales. Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing assets and landing pages. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other relevant platforms. Identify new growth opportunities and emerging marketing trends within the e-commerce space. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Work closely with the product and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with product availability and promotions. Develop customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce technologies and digital marketing best practices. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on growth marketing and customer acquisition. Proven experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads). Deep understanding of SEO best practices and their application to e-commerce. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation and a strong eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
