E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities include
Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Analyzing website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities. Conducting A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to improve performance. Developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. Collaborating with the content and creative teams to develop engaging marketing assets. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Managing the marketing budget effectively and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Working closely with the web development team to ensure a seamless user experience. Reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and growth hacking. Proven success in driving measurable results through digital marketing channels is essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and various ad platforms are required. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and CRM software is a significant advantage. Excellent communication and project management skills are necessary for this remote role. You'll be a key player in shaping our client's online presence and driving revenue from your home base, contributing significantly to their business growth initiatives near Columbus, Ohio, US .
