Our client, a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer brand, is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Growth Manager with a strong specialization in social media marketing to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This role is pivotal in driving online sales, expanding market reach, and enhancing brand engagement through innovative social commerce strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies, with a primary focus on leveraging social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion. Key duties include managing paid social advertising campaigns, influencer marketing programs, social content strategy, and community management to foster brand loyalty and drive traffic to our e-commerce website. You will analyze sales data, website analytics, and social media performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and uncover new growth opportunities. Collaboration with creative teams, marketing specialists, and product development will be essential. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing best practices, and the ever-evolving social media landscape. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are crucial. Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools, social media management platforms, and advertising dashboards is required. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is necessary. A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant online sales growth, is essential. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retention strategies is highly desirable.
