Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy across all online platforms. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates. Manage and maintain social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn). Schedule and publish content across various platforms, ensuring optimal timing and reach. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Analyze content performance and social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and organizational goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Foster and grow an engaged online community around our brand. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content creation and social media management. Proven experience creating high-quality written, visual, and video content. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software. Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and storytelling. Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote setting. A strong portfolio showcasing previous digital content creation and social media campaigns.
