**Overview:**

As a Global Account Manager at Western Digital, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customers' needs, manage product lifecycles, and identify areas for improvement. **Responsibilities:**

  • Work cross-functionally with Technical Support, Supply Chain, Pricing, Legal, and Product Marketing organizations to meet customers' needs
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, distributors, and end customers
  • Drive customer revenue and shipments to meet goals
  • Manage internal and external communication regarding accounts, ensuring alignment and consistency
  • Coordinate customer pricing and rebate communication, ensuring correct rebates are paid on time
  • Manage product lifecycle, including product list, product roadmap, product launch, and End of Life Schedule
  • Host technology and business meetings with customers, preparing meeting materials and ensuring internal alignment
  • Manage meeting logistics, including travel for customer engagements
  • Map customer relationships and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage historical and current revenue, PB, and unit shipment data for accounts
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of account management experience or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of market conditions and their impact on WD and customers
  • Understanding of customer legal contracts and terms
  • Understanding of supply chain process from WD to end customer
