Develop and execute tax technology strategy: Create a comprehensive plan for implementing tax technology solutions that align with the company's overall tax strategy and goals.

Lead tax technology initiatives: Manage and oversee the implementation of new tax technology tools and systems, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Drive tax transformation: Identify areas for improvement within the tax department and develop and implement transformation initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, legal, and IT, to understand their needs and incorporate them into tax technology solutions.

Advise senior leadership: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on tax technology trends, best practices, and potential risks.

Stay up-to-date on tax technology developments: Continuously research and evaluate new tax technology tools and systems to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

Manage and develop a team: Lead a team of tax technology professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their growth and development.

Ensure compliance: Ensure all tax technology solutions and processes are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate complex tax technology concepts and strategies to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
