Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of the Medicare Advantage Transformation plan to align with growth and performance goals

Direct cross-functional workstreams to implement key MA initiatives and monitor key performance indicators

Collaborate with various teams to ensure MA initiatives are actionable and maintain organizational buy-in

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

12+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or operations, with 5 years focused on Medicare Advantage

6+ years of cross-functional leadership experience

Deep understanding of the Medicare Advantage landscape

Proven track record of managing complex projects from ideation to completion
