Key Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing needs and resolving issues

Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

3+ years of account / client management and customer success experience

Strong track record of achieving retention, upsells, and growth targets

Digital Marketing experience preferred but not required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
