Ad Operations & Software Testing Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

I'm a solo MarTech consultant with 8 years of experience and $11M+ in managed ad spend across Google and Meta. I've built proprietary software that automates ad account monitoring, reporting, and lead scoring — and I'm looking for someone to help me manage a growing book of accounts using that software.

What you'll do

Monitor and manage ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) using my custom software platform

Review ad performance data daily, flag issues, and execute routine optimizations

Generate and deliver client reports through the platform

Give me direct feedback on the software — what's confusing, what's broken, what's missing

Follow documented processes consistently — this role is about reliability, not improvisation, but if you think someone should be done differently we want to know that so we can fix the software

What I'm looking for

Beginner to intermediate familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads — you know what CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions mean and can read a dashboard

Extremely detail-oriented — small mistakes in ad accounts cost real money

Consistent and reliable — you show up, follow the process, and don't let things slip through cracks

Comfortable learning new software quickly and giving honest, specific feedback about what isn't working

What this is NOT

This is not a creative strategy role — you're not designing campaigns from scratch

This is not a traditional VA role — you'll be working inside specialized ad tech software, not scheduling meetings

Hours: 6-12 hours/week to start, with room to grow significantly as we add accounts
