Healthcare Advertising Specialist for LinkedIn and Meta Campaigns
UpworkWe are onboarding a new healthcare client and need a skilled Paid Social contractor to support day-to-day ad operations. Your primary focus will be LinkedIn Ads, with additional support on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) alongside our internal team leads.
You will collaborate closely with our Paid Social team, executing platform builds, pacing budgets, monitoring performance, and supporting reporting needs.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn (Primary Responsibility)
Build and launch campaigns inside Campaign Manager
Create and manage audiences
Maintain pacing across daily/weekly/monthly budgets
Optimize campaigns and monitor performance
Manage creative builds and trafficking
Pull platform reports and assist with performance tracking
Meta (Support Role)
Assist the Meta lead with campaign builds, creative uploads, and QA
Support catalog setup and management
Help troubleshoot Facebook Ads Catalogs and Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs)
Assist with reporting and performance checks
General Tasks
Complete agendas, recaps, and internal documentation
Provide daily or near-daily updates on performance, timelines, and blockers
Ensure all campaigns follow best practices and remain within budget parameters
Required Skills & Experience
LinkedIn Ads expertise (must-have): hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns
3+ years of experience in Meta Ads Manager
Proven experience with
Catalog setup
Facebook Ads Catalogs
Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs)
Experience building campaigns, audiences, and creatives in both Meta and LinkedIn
Strong understanding of pacing and budget management
Ability to pull reports and interpret performance trends
Excellent communication and reliability — especially in providing daily updates
Nice-to-Have Skills
Healthcare advertising experience
International advertising experience (Meta or LinkedIn)
Agency or multi-stakeholder environment experience
