Our primary goal is high-quality inbound leads through our website — not vanity traffic.

We are looking for a senior-level Google Ads & Local SEO specialist who understands B2B services, long sales cycles, and local intent.

Primary Objective

Generate consistent, qualified leads through the 360 Smart Networks website, starting with high-intent local searches in the Southeastern United States, with a clear path to scaling once performance is validated.

This role is outcome-focused. You will be measured on lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion performance — not impressions or clicks.

This is a performance-driven engagement. We’re looking for a long-term partner, starting with an initial 3–6 month phase focused on validating lead quality and cost per acquisition.

Scope of Work

#1 Google Ads – High-Intent Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

We are looking for someone who can plan, setup and launch a new Google ads campaign, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, focused on businesses actively searching for Managed IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Keyword and competitor research focused on high-intent commercial searches.
  • Campaign structure and account architecture built for B2B services
  • Ad copy creation aligned with decision-stage buyers
  • Conversion tracking setup (forms, calls, key actions)
  • Ongoing optimisation, bid management, and performance reporting
  • Continuous refinement based on lead quality, not just CPL
