We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager (Distribution and Digital Products) at UL Standards & Engagement This is a hybrid opportunity based in our Evanston, IL OR Raleigh-Durham, NC offices.
The Senior Project Manager (Distribution and Digital Products) will support the delivery of digital Standards products and product management initiatives to advance the mission of UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE) to make the world safer, more secure, and sustainable. The Senior Project Manager will enable the execution of key products, pricing, and distribution deliverables across the full product lifecycle. With strong focus on coordinating and operationalizing digital product delivery, the Senior Project Manager will leverage advanced application of project delivery and cross functional coordination to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the standards distribution ecosystem.

What you'll learn and achieve
As the Senior Project Manager (Distribution and Digital Products), you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you:
- Provide functional and operational support for standards product distribution and related digital platforms. Support full lifecycle, including maintenance, enhancements, revisions, and new product launches to meet evolving stakeholder needs and ULSE strategic objectives.
- Serve as central delivery coordinator for digital product initiatives, ensure milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined, tracked and executed. Maintain product roadmaps, delivery plans and release schedules, update as requirements and dependencies evolve.
- Manage product and pricing catalog, ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across internal systems and external distribution channels. Coordinate pricing updates including new pricing models, and pricing changes related to new products, standards revisions, and portfolio changes.
- Support the execution and deployment of new and expanded digital product offerings, including AI enabled tools, chatbots, enhanced digital access, search, and standards delivery capabilities.
- Monitor and report on product and pricing performance metrics, including usage, revenue trends, adoption and user feedback. Identify insights and opportunities to inform continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors and service providers, ensure effective communication and service delivery. Identify needs and dependencies, provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution, escalate issues as appropriate to support timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Leverage technology solutions to support operational efficiency, streamline processes and improve user experiences. Develop and apply end-to-end solutions and implement proactive strategies to address complex, undefined and ambiguous challenges.
- Drive cross functional collaboration to ensure organizational and team level goal achievement.
- Support and facilitate internal and external meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Maintain continued awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to continually improve performance and effectiveness of technology solutions.
- Independently execute tasks that range in complexity and scope.
- Perform other duties as directed.

- Positive and collaborative interpersonal skills, with proven capability in fostering collaboration and partnership across teams to develop solutions with broad impact.

Professional education and experience requirements for the role include:
- Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years related work experience.
- Experience supporting B2B products, digital platforms, or content-based offerings.
- Experience working with commercial product data preferred.
