*The Head of Marketing will be a key member of the Tripshepherd leadership team, responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall growth through innovative and hands-on marketing strategies. You will be responsible for the entire marketing function, from digital advertising and content creation to analytics and customer engagement.**

*-* **Regularly analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better ROI.*
*-* **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to meet business objectives.*

*Qualifications**:

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
