  • *The Head of Marketing will be a key member of the Tripshepherd leadership team, responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall growth through innovative and hands-on marketing strategies. You will be responsible for the entire marketing function, from digital advertising and content creation to analytics and customer engagement.**

  • *-* **Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.*
  • *-* **Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with our brand voice and visual identity.*
  • *-* **Analytics & Optimization:*
  • *-* **Regularly analyze marketing performance data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better ROI.*
  • *-* **Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to meet business objectives.*

  • *-* **Enhance and protect Tripshepherd’s brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.*

  • *-* **Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.*
  • *Qualifications**:
  • *-* **5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or related industries.*
  • *-* **Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness.*
  • *-* **Strong content creation skills, with experience managing content across multiple channels.*

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
