General Marketing Manager
TACEO
Remote | Full-time | Web3 / Infra / Deep Tech
TACEO is building the cryptographic foundation for a private-by-default internet. Using coSNARKs, we combine the verifiability of ZK proofs with the collaborative power of MPC, making privacy not just possible but practical at scale.
We’re a world-class, fast-moving team shaping the future of decentralized infrastructure. We’re looking for a General Marketing Manager to lead TACEO’s go-to-market motion, sharpen our brand, and drive adoption across ecosystems.
This role sits at the intersection of deep tech, storytelling, and execution. If you think strategically, write clearly, and love translating complex ideas into accessible narratives, we’d love to hear from you.

- Shape a brand and voice from day zero, before launch, not after
- Work closely with cutting-edge cryptographic research (ZK, MPC, coSNARKs)
- Lead and execute a full-stack marketing strategy across content, comms, and community
- Operate with real autonomy and impact in a low-ego, high-trust team

What you’ll be responsible for
- Translating complex tech (like coSNARKs) into sharp messaging, decks, and collateral
- Building and evolving our brand presence across web, docs, and digital channels
- Creating engaging content - blogs, whitepapers, tutorials, newsletters
- Leading PR and thought leadership - podcast appearances, press coverage, speaking opportunities Running event strategy and logistics - from scouting hackathons to follow-up campaigns
- Managing our social media and developer-facing comms
- Coordinating with external designers and agencies to deliver high-quality output on time
Your first 6 months
- Develop a deep understanding of our tech, vision, and user personas
- Audit and sharpen our positioning, voice, and visual identity
- Launch our first major campaigns and foundational content
- Secure early-stage visibility through media, events, and partnerships
- Design and implement a scalable GTM playbook
- Set up comms systems and reporting loops for continuous learning
