E-commerce Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backend support during TikTok Live sessions
• Manage product listings (add/remove products, adjust pricing, update inventory)
• Coordinate with the host during live sessions (switch products, manage timing)
• Monitor orders in real time to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Handle live session issues (product links, stock, order errors, etc.)
• Organize and review post-live data and order performance

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and quick to respond (very important)
• Comfortable with computer operations; e-commerce backend experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced live environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution
• Basic English skills (able to understand backend systems)

➕ Preferred

• Experience with TikTok Shop / Shopify backend
• Experience in live streaming operations or e-commerce
• Familiarity with live selling workflows

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
