[Remote] DTC Ecommerce Manager

Steel City Brand is expanding its direct-to-consumer business and is seeking a DTC Ecommerce Manager to own and grow their online revenue channel. This performance-driven leadership role focuses on revenue growth, onsite optimization, merchandising strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Online revenue growth
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Average order value (AOV) growth
- Merchandising strategy across homepage & collections
- Drop and launch execution
- Cross-sell, bundling, and upsell strategy
- Weekly performance reporting
- Analyze funnel performance and identify revenue opportunities
- Improve conversion rate and revenue per session
- Develop and execute merchandising strategy for 200+ SKUs
- Optimize product detail pages and customer journey
- Lead launch strategy for seasonal collections and monthly drops
- Run A/B tests and prioritize development roadmap
- Present weekly performance insights and action plans
Skills
- 5+ years in ecommerce leadership within a DTC brand
- Strong Shopify experience
- Proven track record improving CVR and AOV
- Data-driven decision maker
- Experience with GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Apparel or lifestyle brand experience preferred
