Main responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly sales penetration goals.
- Achieve operational metric goals and P&L goals in stores across assigned operating area.
- Achieve NPS goals and ensure follow-up on all opportunities to grow customer retention.
- Coach in-store eCommerce Department Managers in day-to-day operations to achieve their key metrics of Customer Experience (CX), out of stocks, on time handoff, on time tilling, flash availability, slot out of stocks, and picks per hour.
- Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and fresh quality within the frontline eCommerce staff.
- Set and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, efficiency, service and safety for our rapidly expanding business.
- Manage item capacity to maximize sales opportunities with associate schedules.
- Work with the eCommerce Managers and Store Directors to address scheduling opportunities to maximize sales and reduce slot out of stocks.
- Achieve quarterly labor targets.
- Address gaps with 3PL third party logistics partners and maintain continuous dialogue with them to resolve issues and claims received involving customer delivery experiences.
- Lead the store teams through expansion, business and environmental changes as needed and ensure they have the tools to succeed.
- Communicate and coach the store teams on new systems enhancements and procedures.
- Review eCommerce goals, metrics and performance with store leadership on a regular basis and partner in growing the eCommerce business and overcoming roadblocks for growth.
- Work with Division Director of eCommerce on improving strategies and processes.
- Ensure operational compliance with ecommerce policies and procedures, including safety and food safety requirements.

- Strong communicator and active listener who comes with an open-mind and is able to effectively incorporate store partners in key decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience.
- 5+ years of previous retail operations experience, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience working across leadership levels and with cross-functional partners.
- Experience in reading and understanding data and translating it to actionable items.
- Experience with Acupick and Microsoft Office applications is desirable.

Pay Transparency
Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation Pay or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
