Job Summary

As a vital contributor to our digital marketing initiatives, the Digital Marketing Analyst will establish systems, reporting frameworks, and solid data foundations to enhance SERVPRO's marketing efforts. Collaborating with teams across Communications, Growth Media, SEO, Creative, Customer Experience, and Technology, you will continuously refine digital experiences that benefit both our organization and our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work alongside functional marketing teams (social media, paid media, SEO, and website) to define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a focus on spending efficiency and revenue contribution.
  • Utilize data processing and analytical tools to delve into large datasets, extract insights, and identify trends that guide business strategies and decision-making.
  • Transform complex performance data into clear, engaging insights and narratives for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proactively own critical workstreams by identifying opportunities where technology, data, or innovative approaches can effectively address business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to enhance visibility into campaign performance and channel Return on Investment (ROI) across the company.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and self-service tools to minimize manual reporting efforts and improve data accuracy.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to pinpoint data anomalies, identify inefficiencies, and reveal growth opportunities across all campaigns.
  • Support the development of departmental forecasts and monthly operational reports to drive ongoing performance management.

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience achieving performance targets in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and data flow across paid and organic media sources and digital channels.
  • Adept at collecting, analyzing, and manipulating data from diverse sources, displaying a keen interest in understanding data creation processes.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into practical insights and effectively present these insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient with key analytical tools and methodologies, including data extraction, manipulation, and visualization (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel).
  • Hands-on experience with major marketing and telephony insights platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Invoca).
  • Knowledgeable in external SEO performance tools such as SEM Rush and Hotjar.
  • Collaborative and adaptive in a high-performance team setting, with the ability to lead and guide other departments when needed.
  • Strong grasp of statistical significance and robust testing methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Action-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
