Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a vital role in shaping the data systems and reporting frameworks that empower SERVPRO's digital marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with various teams including Communications, Growth Media, SEO, Creative, Customer Experience, and Technology, this role enhances digital experiences by analyzing media performance, site behavior, and audience segmentation to uncover insights that drive business success and improve the customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teams (e.g., social media, paid media, SEO, .COM) to establish and measure full funnel Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on spend efficiency and channel contributions to revenue.
- Utilize data processing and analytical tools to explore large datasets, identifying insights and trends that shape business strategy and decisions.
- Transform complex performance data into clear and engaging insights and narratives for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Take initiative to identify opportunities where technology, data, or innovative approaches can effectively address business challenges.
- Build and sustain scalable reporting systems that enhance visibility into campaign performance and channel Return on Investment (ROI) across the organization.
- Create dashboards and self-service tools to minimize manual reporting efforts and boost data accuracy.
- Perform root-cause analyses to diagnose data anomalies, pinpoint inefficiencies, and discover growth opportunities across paid, organic, and brand campaigns.
- Assist in developing departmental forecasts and completing monthly operating reports to support ongoing performance management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with a proven record of success in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of marketing performance metrics and data flow across paid and organic media, and digital channels.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and manipulate data from various sources, propelled by a curiosity to understand data processes.
- Proven capability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and communicate recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in core analytics tools and methods, including data extraction, manipulation, and visualization (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel).
- Hands-on experience with key marketing and telephony analytics platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Invoca).
- Familiarity with external SEO performance tools like SEM Rush, Hotjar, etc.
- Capacity to brainstorm creatively and adjust in a high-performance team environment, with the confidence to lead and guide other departments when needed.
- Solid understanding of statistical significance and robust testing methodologies.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- A bias for action and a dedicated drive towards continuous learning and improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
