About the Role
A Florida-based e-commerce company in the luxury goods space is looking for a Promotions Manager to take ownership of its promotions calendar and strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail promotions, digital merchandising, or campaign management who thrives on building promotions that truly impact revenue.
You’ll work on planning, testing, and refining product-based deals, shaping how promotions are built, priced, and timed, with full access to performance data and support from cross-functional partners. If you're excited about the intersection of category management, pricing strategy, and customer engagement, this role offers the creative and analytical balance you're looking for.
The position is fully remote but only open to candidates who live in Florida. This is not a sales role. Your work will contribute directly to growth marketing and revenue operations outcomes, but you won’t be pitching products. You’ll be building promotions and advertising campaigns that do the selling for you.
Promotions Manager Responsibilities
- Analyze how recurring promotions perform over time to spot trends, saturation, or improvement areas
- Run post-mortems on promotions and make clear recommendations about what to repeat, change, or retire
- Plan the promotions calendar with curated product selections, smart pricing, and accurate scheduling
- Work with marketing, merchandising, and purchasing teams to align execution across categories and channels
- Propose new promotion ideas and adjust based on feedback, historical data, and seasonal performance
- Manage end-to-end execution of promotions, including accuracy of SKUs, pricing, timing, and assets
- Create bundled offers, themed collections, and channel-specific incentives that drive engagement and retention
- Navigate the shopping cart system to review sales data, customer behavior, and pricing performance
- Review competitor promotions to stay ahead in the market and sharpen trade marketing strategy
- Participate in QA for active promotions to ensure rules and logic behave correctly from cart to checkout
- Prioritize homepage, banner, and on-site ad placement to meet promotion goals
- Monitor live campaign performance and make responsive adjustments when needed
- Coordinate across internal functions to ensure inventory alignment, channel readiness, and merchandising quality
- Identify and escalate issues like broken links, incorrect landing pages, or out-of-stock items during promotions
- Learn new product categories and adapt promotional tactics based on trends, customer insights, and performance data
- Understand how email metrics such as open and click-through rates connect to overall advertising and promotion results
Promotions Manager Qualifications
- You live in the state of Florida and are able to work remotely full-time, Monday through Friday
- You’ve run promotions for a business with a large product catalog (1,000 or more active SKUs)
- You understand the difference between pushing products and creating advertisements and offers that convert on their own
- You’re comfortable working across teams and channels, with strong communication skills and a detail-focused mindset
- You take responsibility when something goes wrong and actively work to prevent it from happening again
- You're excited to contribute to a company’s growth marketing efforts through structured promotion planning and execution
- You’re looking for a long-term role where structure, quality, and impact matter
