Rome Station is a leading luxury resale boutique in Canada, specializing in investment-grade Hermès handbags. We cater to high-net-worth clients looking for rare to find pieces. We are seeking an experienced digital ads specialist to manage and optimize our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

• *Responsibilities**:
• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, and audience segmentation for luxury buyers.
• Implement retargeting strategies to convert high-intent visitors.
• Analyze ad performance and provide monthly reports & insights.
• Adjust campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversions, etc.).
• Work closely with our team to align ad strategies with our existing content.
• Stay updated on luxury resale and high-net-worth audience targeting trends.
• *Qualifications**:
• 1+ year experience working at a marketing company.
• 2+ year experience in Google & Social Media Ads for luxury or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
• Experience with Google Shopping Ads is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
• *Compensation**:
• Freelance contract with competitive pay (rate to be discussed based on experience).

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
