The Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, tracks, optimizes and executes digital marketing across all global channels to strengthen the company's market share, leverage our value proposition, and thrive against competitors.
- Develops, implements, tracks and optimizes our digital marketing across all global channels, including building and owning RE's online brand.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, automated marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns globally.
- Responsible for online global brand uniformity, content production and delivery across all digital platforms including (but not limited to); RE Website, social media, partner, supplier and third party listings.
- Continually seeking new and creative ways of efficiently maximizing appropriate and relevant content delivery globally across multiple languages.
- Manages all paid digital marketing channels, optimizing performance, spend, and vendor relations (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Social media Advertising, Remarketing, other PPC vendors).
- Tracks and manages all organic SEO programming and web support.
- Manages regional global SEO, SEA, SEM programs developing global digital campaign.
- Research and recommend paid digital acquisition spend and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Track all web analytics to monitor performance of all paid digital marketing campaigns and customer dynamics.
- Analyzes and recommends new opportunities and optimizations of current campaigns.
- Develops and executes landing pages for global functionality.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to develop and launch integrated digital campaigns, new ad copy and landing pages, and define and execute a digital marketing roadmap
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing and digital design experience.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen combined with a strong degree of creative flair and passion is required.
- The ability to create and deliver compelling messages to customers and prospects to achieve the desired result.
- Exhibit detailed knowledge of SEO/SEM, web analytics, Google Merchant, Baidu, WeChat and Automated Marketing Platforms.
- Ability to research information relevant to a situation and document discovery in a compelling way.
- Strong communication skills; confident and effective in explaining concepts and situations to co-workers, business partners and customers of differing languages and cultures.
- Problem solving; the ability to identify root cause, realize and implement solutions.
- Performs successfully under light supervision.
- Builds strong and successful relationships; effectively supporting and influencing colleagues, partners, suppliers, customers and members of the global team.
