We are looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to elevate and expand the Quadra brand across North America, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this role partners closely with Commercial Vice Presidents, Business Directors, Product Managers, and our Canadian-based Ingredients Brand Marketing team.

As a key contributor to Quadra’s Ingredients business, you will lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives—including tradeshows, omni‑channel campaigns, and market research—that strengthen our brand and drive commercial impact.

You will champion the brand strategy for the ingredients team, developing compelling marketing campaigns, digital content, and a strong online and social media presence. In collaboration with our Digital Marketing team, you will also shape data‑driven strategies across SEO, analytics, paid media, and website optimization to maximize reach, engagement, and measurable results.

Your Main Responsibilities As The Brand Marketing Manager- Ingredients

Strategy Development

  • Work closely with Business Directors, Product Marketing, and the Head of Brand Marketing to develop and drive clear and consistent strategic alignment. Leads development and implementation of the annual brand marketing plan and budget to create consumer demand based on strong business analytics
  • Coordinate with Corporate Marketing to develop strategies that support business services that apply to the division and corporate initiatives.
  • Champion an innovation‑driven mindset while building strong, cross‑functional relationships founded on transparency, trust, and collaboration.

Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and external partners to create content and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including advertising and paid marketing, across all marketing channels.
  • Produce customer‑facing presentations and materials that support the commercial team and enhance key partnerships.
  • Design graphics and visual assets to support campaigns, sales materials, events, and digital initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a promotional item catalog and manage related inventory.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Elevate digital performance by executing SEO strategies and leveraging analytics and customer‑journey insights to inform content direction and deliver actionable, data‑driven guidance to the Digital Marketing team.
  • Ensure strong brand governance across digital channels to maximize brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Combine internal commercial insights with external market intelligence to monitor trends, industry developments and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Support the commercial team with market intelligence materials that strengthens customer relationships and grows the opportunity pipeline.

Trade Shows & Event Planning

  • Coordinate trade show presence across USA, including booth design, brand image, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in‑person symposiums, webinars, and thought‑leadership events.

Qualifications and experience you need to have success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO) and email marketing
  • Experience in the Food, Supplement, or Personal Care industry, B2B distribution is a strong asset
  • Proven track record in campaign planning and execution, event management, content creation, ideation, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally bilingual (French/English) for a North American scope
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels: website, social media, email, paid media, and campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and customer-journey mapping
  • Experience creating and managing digital content, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, and campaign assets
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot); Salesforce and/or Pardot experience is an asset
  • Comfortable contributing to a high-performance, fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.

Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be between $88,100.00 and $148,625.00. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and full benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
