As a Digital Marketing Intern at Prepr, you will support the Growth team in expanding awareness of our learning platform, programs, and workforce solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of digital marketing activities—including content creation, campaign optimization, and audience research—while helping Prepr reach more learners and employers across Canada. This role is ideal for a student who is creative, curious, and eager to apply their skills in a mission-driven, agile environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Management
- Draft and schedule engaging content for Prepr’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and more).
- Support the creation of blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and partner highlights.
- Help maintain and update website content using WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS tools.
- Assist with basic front-end editing and formatting for web pages and landing pages.
Campaign Support & Optimization
- Participate in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid ads.
- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns by updating keywords, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements.
- Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, messaging, and campaign components to improve conversion rates.
- Track and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Audience Research & Engagement
- Help define target audience segments for new programs, campaigns, and workforce solution promotions.
- Research digital trends, competitors, and best practices to inform strategy.
- Support social media engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Delivery and the Growth team in an agile project environment.
- Assist in preparing visuals, briefs, or assets for campaign launches.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new creative ideas, campaigns, and content strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (marketing, communications, digital media, business, or related field preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Passion for our product and mission.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a technology heavy environment and learn new tools and platforms quickly.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with WordPress, Drupal, or other website/CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end editing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page builders, or SEO research.
- Comfort with content creation across multimedia formats (graphics, short-form video, etc.).
What We Offer
- $18.00 per hour
- 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid, primarily work from home with occasional scheduled office days (office is located downtown Toronto)
