Due to the genuine growth of the performance marketing team at BrightHR, an exciting new role is available for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised SEO Content Executive.
- *Job Purpose**
To drive the performance of the sales floor through the design and delivery of an ongoing training and development plan covering all aspects of the BSC role. Reporting into the Sales Director.
A proven track record of developing and delivering exceptional sales training programs within a telephone-bases sales B2B environment
- *Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization.
- Optimize website content including landing pages and blog articles, for search engines and user engagement.
- Optimizing current copy (page titles, Meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
- Adhering to our internal linking guidelines and contextually including mandatory internal links from content briefs into your articles
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to set new campaign initiatives live for your respective channel.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Work with the Global Head of SEO and Head of Performance to reach channel growth targets.
- Create content briefs for internal and external content creators, ensuring that content cannibalisation, thin and low quality content is avoided.
- Actively create content to help support the team's content needs in line with the content plan/SEO roadmap.
- *What you Bring to the Team**
- 2+ years' experience in content writing, preferably SEO
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of written English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A desire to improve efficiency of processes; interested in learning and adopting tools
- The enthusiasm to keep abreast of industry changes. Possess the ability to adapt to how new developments may impact account management and best practice.
