Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Specialists to own and grow our online sales channels by utilizing a wide array of marketing tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with a good understanding of e-commerce trends, data management, and digital marketing. You'll be at the forefront of our growth, leveraging creativity and innovation to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Category Management: Own and grow product categories, ensuring consistent sales growth and performance. Evaluate categories for performance, making necessary adjustments or removals based on growth targets.
Product Listing Management: Add and maintain products on our multiple e-commerce websites.
Marketing Execution: Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), SEO strategies, and outbound communications to drive traffic and maximize revenue.
Content Development: Create and manage engaging website content that resonate with our target audience.
Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the competition by maintaining a pulse on market trends, product competitiveness, and distribution. Identify new products and innovative marketing methods to expand our offerings.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the E-Commerce Team Lead, PCI Leadership, and vendors to identify new opportunities, strategize, and execute the company’s vision.
What You Bring / Qualifications
Knowledge of and experience in e-commerce sales and digital marketing.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, affiliate programs, and marketplace management best practices.
Ability to innovate, strategize, and effectively solve problems.
A creative mindset with the ability to launch new marketing methods.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, driving unity and development across the team.
Strong ability to manage data in Microsoft Excel

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
