About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our National Support Centre team. The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of professional experience managing and optimizing high-performing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
As an integral member of the Marketing Team, this position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for supporting digital marketing strategy through hands-on implementation, ongoing optimization, performance analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities
This role calls for strong “show and tell” capabilities—you’ll be expected to showcase campaigns you have planned, executed, and optimized, supported by clear performance metrics and outcomes that demonstrate your impact. Your day may consist of:
- Own and execute SEO initiatives in collaboration with a digital agency for the Orkin Canada brand and acquired brands, including keyword strategy, topic and competitive research, content development, and ongoing performance optimization. Drive improvements in keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and overall website performance through on-page optimization, technical SEO collaboration, analytics reporting, and AI/LLM search placement considerations.
- Monitor, manage, and optimize PPC and paid media campaigns in partnership with a digital agency across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Responsibilities include keyword strategy, customer intent targeting, A/B testing, budget management, and performance optimization to maximize ROI across Orkin Canada and acquired brands.
- Build and deploy integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, webinars, website, and remarketing programs, ensuring alignment with buyer journey stages and sales and marketing objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, advertising platform dashboards, and CRM data, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve effectiveness and return on investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, marketing operations, and sales teams to align campaign strategy, messaging, targeting, and execution.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives through account research, audience segmentation, and execution of personalized campaign tactics where applicable.
- Assist with the management of digital marketing vendors, including coordination, performance oversight, and support for budget tracking and reporting.
- Perform other duties as required.
What You Need to Succeed?
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing, with direct, in-depth knowledge of the search marketing landscape and broader online marketing tactics.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to remain effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual – French preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Will undergo criminal background check, sign a non-solicitation agreement, and participate in personality and cognitive ability assessments.
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with demonstrated success improving key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), advertising platforms, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
- Results-driven and proactive, combining strong analytical capabilities with creative thinking to continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization.
- Adept problem-solver with an adaptable mindset and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and digital marketing tools.
- Solid experience in data analysis and familiarity with a range of reporting and visualization tools.
- Basic design and layout skills with Adobe Creative Suite software.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Performance Max)
- Google Analytics Certification (GA4)
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing or Content Marketing Certification
- SEO certification (SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent)
- LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certification (preferred)
- Other relevant digital marketing certifications or ongoing professional development considered an asset
