Market Analyst The Market Analyst is part of and supports the Client Account Management teams by assisting with client renewals, implementation, operational projects and overall service to a client book of business. The Market Analyst will also assist with additional administrative functions that are designed to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and overall client experience. The Market Analyst conducts client open enrollment meetings at times as needed and assists in client relationship meetings. They will also effectively communicate OneDigital's value proposition and support in CRM updates to client profiles and enter in updated key information such as contacts, carriers, renewals, product updates, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Renewal Process - works with Sr. Account Managers, Sr. Benefits Consultants, Client Executives to assist in the renewal process and the overall service and satisfaction of the client experience. Works closely with Account Team on OneDigital solutions.

Open Enrollment Helps create, update, and at times conduct client open enrollment materials and meetings as needed. Assists in client relationship meetings including prep of presentation materials.

Quoting Tools - uses carrier and vendor quoting tools to complete and/or coordinate quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business. May be asked to assist in spreadsheet creation or to provide a peer-to-peer review of market analysis.

Contract Review - review of contracts and benefits summaries of sold plans for accuracy.

CRM - ensures policy information and commissions for all accounts and policies in D365.

Census - ensures accurate census received with input from client, Client Executive, and/or Sr Account Manager.

Service Teamwork - reviews accuracy of client work assignments from internal service team members including but not limited to SPD, open enrollment material, mid-year education campaign, and post enrollment audit activity.

Service Issues - serves in an advisory capacity for clients. Follows-up on escalated service issues or coordinates through Customer Advocate Center (CAC).

Compliance Checklist - assists in Client Compliance Checklist, and needed requirements such as 5500 billing/filing, SBC distribution, SPD wrap documentation as appropriate.

Carrier Events - attends carrier events to remain up to date and knowledgeable of carrier plans and changes.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration

Familiarity with insurance carrier websites

Proven track record in customer service

Knowledge of health and ancillary products

Familiarity with local carriers and preferred products

Experience

Bachelor's Degree, preferred

2+ years' experience in a broker agency or carrier, preferred

Current Life and Health license, required

Every 2 years 24 Hours of Continuing Professional Education credits to maintain license

Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office products; required

Intermediate knowledge of database applications, required

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
