What you'll do
This position plays a key role in managing and enhancing the organization's digital footprint by overseeing the website and ensuring it performs optimally in terms of speed, usability, and search engine visibility. The individual will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing both foot traffic to stores and engagement across online platforms. This includes leveraging email marketing automation, paid digital advertising, geo-targeted promotions, and social media strategies to reach and convert the target audience effectively.
A critical aspect of the role involves tracking and analyzing performance metrics across all digital channels, interpreting key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize return on investment. The position also entails managing a structured content calendar and producing a variety of creative assets-such as photography, video, and graphic designs-to support both broader marketing campaigns and localized store promotions.
Furthermore, the role encompasses engaging with customers digitally by responding to inquiries, providing support for marketing initiatives, and assisting with in-store events and sponsorship activations. To remain competitive and innovative, the individual must continuously monitor emerging trends in digital marketing, identify new tools and technologies, and recommend strategies that elevate the customer experience and strengthen brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a tech-savvy, innovative marketer with a passion for creating integrated digital experiences. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or have equivalent experience, with a proven track record in digital marketing campaign execution and analytics. You should have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and conversion optimization, with proficiency in Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, Google Ads, Analytics, and paid media strategies, as well as graphic design skills using Adobe Suite or Canva, are highly valued. A solid grasp of customer journey mapping and omnichannel marketing strategies, along with the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and analyze data to optimize campaigns, is essential. Experience in retail marketing and eCommerce is considered an asset. Portfolio: Please include examples of your previous work with your application.
