Remote Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and email

Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement and brand visibility

Create compelling content including blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials

Optimize website content and performance through SEO best practices

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights

Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and CRM tools

Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and business development initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B experience preferred)

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies

Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM platforms

Excellent written and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in engineering, construction, or technical services marketing

Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing strategies

Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite

Compensation & Benefits
