We’re building something meaningful.
Every day, artists around the world use our program to reconnect with their creativity, build confidence in their work, and change the trajectory of their lives. We receive countless testimonials from people who describe our work as genuinely life-changing, not just educational.
We’re a creative-first company with a vibrant, thoughtful team that cares deeply about craft, excellence, and integrity. We don’t just chase trends. We build systems that last. We believe great work compounds, and we take pride in doing things the right way. We aren’t after some big exit, we’re after a legacy of actually changing the world by empowering 10s of thousands of artists all over this planet.
If you’re motivated by purpose and performance, you’ll feel at home here.
We’re hiring a Paid Growth Manager to own the execution, optimization, and performance of our paid growth systems.
This role is execution-focused, not necessarily strategy-owned. The overall growth strategy is defined at the leadership level (with collaboration from you, of course). Your primary job is to bring that strategy to life with discipline, consistency, and sharp thinking.
You’ll manage paid channels, oversee ad creative testing, analyze performance data, and work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure paid traffic converts efficiently across the funnel.
This is a role for someone who enjoys seeing things through, improving systems over time, and being measured by clear outcomes.
- Manage and optimize all existing paid advertising channels and funnels
- Monitor performance daily and make thoughtful, data-backed adjustments
- Support the launch and management of new paid channels as we expand
- Manage the ad creative creation process end-to-end
- Ensure consistent testing of new creative concepts, formats, and angles
- Analyze creative performance and clearly communicate what’s working and why
- Bring winning creative from one platform to others where appropriate
- Provide clear, timely reporting on paid performance
- Analyze data to surface insights, trends, and opportunities
- Maintain clean tracking and attribution practices
- Help leadership understand what the data is actually saying
- Oversee optimization of funnels connected to paid traffic
- Identify leaks and missed opportunities in the backend of funnels
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to improve conversion across the customer journey, even beyond paid traffic
- Work closely with creative, marketing, sales and leadership teams
- Ensure paid growth efforts are aligned with broader brand and marketing initiatives
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and constructively
- Enjoy executing within a clear strategy and making it better over time
- Are organized, diligent, and follow things through to completion
- Have a capable, curious mind and enjoy learning what actually works
- Are comfortable being accountable to performance metrics
- Care about quality, not just speed
- Appreciate structure, clarity, and steady improvement
- Experience managing paid advertising channels and funnels
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Familiarity with creative testing and performance analysis
- Understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and attribution
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives without things slipping through the cracks
You don’t need to have “seen it all.” You do need to be thoughtful, reliable, and hungry to improve.
- This is not a “run the entire marketing team” role
- This is not a pure media buyer position
- This is not a strategy-only role
- This is not a place to coast
You’ll have clear ownership, clear expectations, and room to grow as you earn trust.
- $75,000–$90,000/year, depending on experience
- Performance-based incentives tied to paid growth outcomes
- Benefits package
- Fully remote, full-time role
- Long-term growth potential within the company
The work you do here directly impacts real people. When our paid growth systems perform well, more artists find their voice, pursue meaningful creative work, and change their lives for the better.
If you’re looking for a role where your work actually matters, where performance is measured clearly, and where you can grow alongside a passionate creative team, we’d love to hear from you.
