About the Role

As our E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store and Amazon Seller accounts. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience across our online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify store and Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement actionable improvements
  • Handle product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and promotions
  • Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller accounts
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics, and growth strategies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
