About the Role
As our E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store and Amazon Seller accounts. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience across our online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store and Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversion rates
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement actionable improvements
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and promotions
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller accounts
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics, and growth strategies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
