About the Role

Are you a data-driven marketer who loves the "science" of growth? We are building a powerhouse marketing team for our cutting-edge IT solutions, and we need a high-velocity Marketing Specialist to fuel the engine.

This isn't a "sit and manage an agency" role.

You are a "full-stack" executor who thrives on technical campaign setup, data-driven optimization, and high-converting copywriting. You don't just "manage" agencies; you are the one in the driver's seat of our CRM and ad platforms, turning technical value into a measurable sales pipeline.

While your first mission is dominating the Amazon Advertising space (PPC, DSP, and AI-automation), you’ll be joining a team that scales multiple IT solutions. If you’re looking to master complex B2B SaaS growth and have a seat at the strategy table, this is your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Search, Email, Webinars) targeting high-value personas from Amazon brands to IT Decision Makers.
  • Multi-Solution Messaging: Master the "Amazon Ad Tech" narrative (PPC, DSP, AI-Optimization) while building the flexibility to market broader IT automation and enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Lead Nurture & Automation: Design and manage automated workflows in HubSpot/Salesforce to move prospects from "awareness" to "sales-ready" meetings.
  • Growth Content: Author high-converting "lead magnets"—such as Amazon PPC playbooks, ROI frameworks, and technical one-pagers—that demonstrate our solution’s competitive edge.
  • Sales Enablement: Arm the sales team with the localized tools they need to win: punchy pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and case studies.
  • Performance Analytics: Own the reporting on MQLs, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and pipeline attribution to ensure every marketing dollar is optimized.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS Growth, Demand Gen, or Performance Marketing.
  • Industry Literacy: Familiarity with the Amazon Advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Ads/DSP) is highly preferred, along with a quick-study mindset for other complex IT domains.
  • The "Executor" Skillset: Hands-on mastery of CRM/Automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and Paid Social (LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strategic Writing: Ability to write sharp, professional ad copy and email sequences that cut through the noise of a busy enterprise inbox.
  • Analytical Rigor: You live in the data and use A/B testing to refine targeting, channels, and messaging.

About the Benefits(Full-Time Employees)

  • Pay: The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000
  • A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to,experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other keyqualifications based on business needs.
