SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $118,400+

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS: Bonus at Target: $41,440

  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.
  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Sr Manager, eCommerce is responsible for shaping and leading the execution our commercial ecommerce strategy, using our brands to create sales results through 1P and 3P ecomm channels. The role involves overseeing all aspects of our eCommerce business, which has two core pillars: first is managing the relationship of our eCommerce partners, building those partnerships to mutual value & growth and delivering commercial sales and share results through a well-planned and executed go-to-market strategy. The second is supporting sales regions with their customers ecomm agendas, which supports a wide spectrum of conversations from starting in the ecomm channel to sophisticated capabilities like digital assortment and digital shelf optimization. This role is responsible for creating and executing a robust eCommerce strategy that aligns with our overall business goals, ensuring our online presence reflects the premium quality and unique attributes of our products. By leveraging industry insights, advanced digital shelf analytics, and innovative digital solutions, this role aims to maximize online sales & share, create unique ways to connect our brands to consumers, and deliver exceptional digital shelf experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategy to drive growth in ecomm channel while aligning with business objectives. Set and manage KPIs to track performance and success.
  • Analyze financial and digital media data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor ecommerce team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide expert thought leadership to sales regions, supporting their key customers’ ecommerce priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including our brand marketing and brand activation team, to ensure cohesive and creative execution of brand initiatives.
  • Manage and bring to growth relationship with ecommerce partners like Uber, DoorDash and Instacart.
  • Develop and manage the ecommerce budget and other resources, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision making and planning.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATONS

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in business development, CPG sales and/or eCommerce management
  • Proven track record of driving significant online sales growth & managing successful digital platforms, both 3P party and owned 1P.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and media strategies, media measurement, and digital creative excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce measurement tools (CommerceIQ), analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • P&L management, financial results and commercial strategy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
