Responsibilities

• Select and gather a range of products for online orders with an emphasis on quality and freshness.
• Efficiently and accurately complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, handle payments and promotions, and assist in loading items into customer vehicles.
• Adhere to company bagging standards while properly scanning and packaging items.
• Communicate any necessary substitutions or order exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Surpass customer expectations and maintain a clean, welcoming shopping environment.
• Diligently follow all food safety protocols and company standards.
• Safely receive and store items, ensuring optimal temperature conditions.
• Inspect products for quality and freshness while following any special instructions.
• Utilize communication devices to interact professionally with customers.
• Verify the accuracy of each order before loading it into customer vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas and with equipment.
• Promptly report any discrepancies or equipment issues to management.
• Perform necessary opening and closing tasks as required.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members on e-commerce processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in interpreting shelf tags with confidence.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, shelf stocking, or as a cashier.
