Key Responsibilities

• Select and gather products efficiently, maintaining a focus on freshness and quality.
• Assemble and process customer orders, including managing coupons and payments.
• Deliver and load orders directly into customers' cars upon their arrival at the store.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas, adhering to all safety guidelines and food standards.
• Provide support and assistance to diverse customers, including minors and older adults.
• Assist in training new team members, contributing to a positive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
• Basic math skills and ability to read shelf tags.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper, cashier, or in a production-oriented environment.
