What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer emails, calls, and messages about orders and products
  • Help customers with fitment questions and shipping updates
  • Assist with returns and basic claims
  • Support dispute documentation and chargeback cases (training provided)
  • Process orders and update tracking information
  • Work daily inside Shopify, eBay, and internal tools
  • Support our shipping and operations team when needed

Pay & Schedule

  • Compensation: $13–$15/hr base + commission
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
