What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and messages about orders and products
- Help customers with fitment questions and shipping updates
- Assist with returns and basic claims
- Support dispute documentation and chargeback cases (training provided)
- Process orders and update tracking information
- Work daily inside Shopify, eBay, and internal tools
- Support our shipping and operations team when needed

Pay & Schedule
- Compensation: $13–$15/hr base + commission
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
