Amazon E-Commerce Specialist
Jayone Foods, Inc.Role Summary
This role is the operational backbone of Jayone's Amazon channel. You will manage both FBA and FBM fulfillment tracks, coordinate cross-functionally with our warehouse and operations teams, and maintain the systems that keep our listings accurate and our inventory healthy. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager on everything from shipment planning to platform expansion initiatives.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations and supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon FBA Operations
- Monitor FBA inventory levels across all active ASINs on a daily basis
- Plan and execute replenishment shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers
- Track inbound shipment status and resolve discrepancies with Amazon
- Maintain healthy Days of Supply targets and flag restock urgencies to the E-Commerce Manager
Amazon FBM Operations & Fulfillment Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end FBM order fulfillment workflow and ensure on-time shipping
- Coordinate with the warehouse operations team to ensure fulfillment prep meets Amazon compliance standards — including packaging specifications, labeling requirements, and quality control
- Conduct regular on-site coordination visits to align fulfillment schedules with order volume and shipment deadlines
- Serve as the operational point of contact between the e-commerce and warehouse teams for all FBM-related execution
Listing Management
- Maintain and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images)
- Monitor listing health — suppressed listings, Buy Box status, pricing alerts — and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate content or image updates with relevant internal teams as needed
Customer Engagement
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and Q&A in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate product quality issues to the appropriate internal team
- Track review trends by ASIN and surface insights to the E-Commerce Manager
Competitive & Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing and product positioning on Amazon and adjacent platforms (Weee, YamiBuy, etc.)
- Identify market trends, pricing anomalies, and competitive shifts — and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the E-Commerce Manager
- Pull and organize weekly performance data from Seller Central (Business Reports, FBA Reports, Settlement data)
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and support preparation of internal reporting
Platform Expansion Support
- Support E-Commerce Manager on expansion initiatives across TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and Faire.com
- Assist with onboarding tasks, listing setup, and operational coordination as new channels launch
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in Korean; basic English reading and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working in both an office setting and warehouse environment
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA and/or FBM)
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain
- Interest in Korean food, consumer goods, or the CPG industry
Pay Range : Hourly $25.00~$30.00
