Digital Marketing Coordinator

Erikson Consumer is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support multiple brands distributed by the business. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and increase sales across various markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances autonomy with teamwork, and brings both creativity and analytical thinking to every project.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Digital & E-Commerce

  • Write, edit, and proofread web content while ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and style
  • Optimize website content for SEO and AI-driven search environments
  • Leverage AI tools to support content creation, keyword research, and campaign optimization
  • Manage and create product listings on retail platforms, coordinating with internal teams
  • Conduct keyword research and continuously refine SEO strategies using analytics and AI insights
  • Analyze web performance and consumer behavior using analytics tools and AI-powered reporting
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns

Content & Social Media

  • Lead and execute social media initiatives to grow engagement and brand awareness
  • Use AI tools to generate content ideas, optimize posting schedules, and improve audience targeting
  • Create and source digital content, including graphics and visuals
  • Support press and media outreach initiatives

Brand & Product Marketing

  • Assist in new brand and product launches
  • Support the development of Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays from concept through execution and post-installation
  • Contribute to special marketing projects as needed

Minimum Requirements Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management
  • Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an asset
