Role Overview

The E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator supports InnoFoods’ e-commerce execution across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and our direct-to-consumer (DTC) website. This role will play a key part in transitioning our website into a DTC-ready storefront and supporting the launch of Walmart Marketplace, while maintaining marketplace health, listing quality, and operational readiness.

Following the Walmart and DTC launches, this role will focus on ongoing maintenance, execution, and incremental improvements across marketplaces and the website. The Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist and will gradually grow into increased optimization ownership over time.

This position is ideal for a junior to upper-junior marketer who enjoys hands-on execution, learning e-commerce systems, and building operational workflows that enable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & DTC Platform Operations (Support)

  • Support the setup and rollout of Walmart Marketplace
  • Assist with day-to-day operations across Amazon, Walmart, and DTC under direction of the Senior Marketing Specialist
  • Create and maintain product listings (attributes, copy, images, variations, compliance checks, QA)
  • Coordinate creative assets and ensure listings meet platform requirements and internal standards
  • Troubleshoot listing issues (suppressed listings, content errors, broken variations, missing attributes) and escalate complex cases
  • Execute listing updates and improvements based on shared priorities
  • Monitor customer feedback and marketplace support tickets; escalate when needed
  • Pull and organize performance reports (traffic, conversion, sales, returns, review trends)
  • Document workflows and maintain internal playbooks as processes evolve

Website Management (Ownership Area)

  • Lead the transition of the website into a DTC-ready storefront, including:
  • Site structure
  • Product pages
  • Merchandising
  • Navigation
  • Basic conversion improvements
  • End-to-end QA
  • Own day-to-day website updates post-launch (product updates, merchandising changes, QA)
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase conversion and customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams and contractors for technical development support
  • Partner with internal or contracted developers for larger technical changes

Packaging & Operational Readiness Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials support e-commerce expansion (shipper boxes, product packaging, specs, compliance materials)
  • Track cross-functional dependencies and timelines for launches and restocks
  • Maintain organized readiness tracking documents and status updates

Inventory Control & Forecasting (Ownership Area)

  • Own inventory tracking and forecasting across Amazon (including FBA), Walmart, and DTC
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively flag low-stock risks
  • Maintain visibility on weeks of cover and expected availability
  • Coordinate replenishment planning and inbound shipment timelines
  • Maintain tracking for inbound shipments and availability across channels

Affiliate Program Support

  • Support affiliate program execution (tracking links, discount codes, onboarding)
  • Maintain clean tracking and reporting for affiliate and referral initiatives
  • Monitor performance and prepare summaries and insights
  • Coordinate affiliate initiatives with broader marketing priorities

Additional E-Commerce & Growth Project Support

  • Provide execution support across growth initiatives and seasonal campaigns
  • Support email marketing execution (campaign builds, scheduling, list pulls, QA testing)
  • Conduct light market and competitor research
  • Support new channel expansion projects (marketplaces, tools, platform features)
  • Take on additional tasks aligned with e-commerce and growth priorities

  • Basic understanding of inventory planning and replenishment workflows
  • Experience supporting affiliate or referral programs
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and lifecycle marketing concepts

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable executing tasks based on direction while building independence over time
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data organization
  • Ability to analyze basic performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, returns)
  • Highly reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
