DescriptionThis marketing professional is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and programs (focused on social media, business review management and webinar attendance/activation.), for Humana's Care Delivery Organization supporting Partners in Primary Care and Family Physician Group.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes online traffic analytics and develops actions to improve marketing campaign performance. Identifies online marketing and conversion funnel trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance. Develops e-marketing content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, webinars, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.). Begins to influence department's strategy.Solid marketing technical skills, strategic thinking, initiative and follow through, working effectively with others and good project management capabilities are critical to meet that responsibility. The position requires to regularly exercising discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. This associate will report to the Lead, Digital Marketing Analytics for the Care Delivery Organizations.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Execute campaigns, ensuring campaigns are integrated into marketing communication plans across digital channelsCreating compelling audience experiences to drive marketing objectivesEnsuring all digital marketing is on-brand, consistent in voice and tonalityExecute digital engagement strategies for prospective patients within different stages of the conversion funnel to support patient acquisition growth targetsDeveloping digital guides/tools/templates to support sales team with patient acquisition, patient retention, and patient engagementExecute digital marketing initiatives that include test and learn opportunities where neededManage annual digital marketing calendarDelivering measurement reports with effective reporting and related communications to the businessManaging external resources and vendors; collaborating cross-functionally across Humana and Consumer GroupHave good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in projects and/or the department's workflowBe part of a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals, keep projects on track, within budget, and on timeExecute with a nimble speed to market focus, in order to achieve business objectivesProtects company's brand image by monitoring and addressing social media comments pertaining to our company's products and servicesReviews, triages, and responds to comments, requests, and grievances.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required5 years of marketing strategy, digital marketing, and/or content marketing experienceStrong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysisA business partner-centric mindset and approach to workIntellectual curiosity and willingness to both teach others and learnStrong, demonstrated project management skillsMarketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projectsAbility to influence, and collaborate in a cross-functional environmentHigh degree of professionalismExcellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organizationThe successful candidate will be an action-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through.
