Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (US Based)(LATAM Remote)

Hi. I’m Eddie, Founder of Gro.X.

I am looking for my first employee for my B2B CRO agency, Gro.X.

We launched late 2024 – it has been less than a year but we are getting an increasing amount of clients and growing steadily.

Over the past year, I’ve figured out a lot of our unique sales process and client acquisition system, which has contributed to this growth.

However, I have had to slow down sales and marketing on purpose because I am a one-man team, since I wanted to service my existing clients well first.

This is where I need help. I need someone to help deliver excellent CRO service, so I can focus more on selling & marketing our services.

In this role, you will be a key person in growing the company.

On the technical side, you will be able to apply your CRO skills in multi-faceted ways such as:

1. Interviewing clients and analyzing their business to gain a deep understanding of their business model.

2. Preparing wireframes & hypotheses for AB tests.

3. Interpreting data from GA4 & Heatmaps.

4. Setting up AB tests using Convert.com.

5. Coordinating with designers and developers to launch tests.

6. Closely communicating with clients, presenting reports, and handling up to 5 client accounts at a time.

Not only will you be doing technical work, but you will:

1. Help build the culture.

2. Help improve systems and service delivery models.

3. Help grow the future team.

Qualifications are

• 3+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization – actual experience strategizing test ideas, designing wireframes and reporting AB Test results
• English Fluency
• Experience working with B2B clients or at a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
• Copywriting is a plus – to clarify, you will not be writing full website copy in this role. However having an understanding of how to be clear and persuasive writing will help when drafting short conversion copy such as the headline.
