Account Manager eCommerce
Gama Sonic Solar LightingThe Account Manager – eCommerce will be instrumental in expanding Gama Sonic’s online presence and driving sales through key national retail accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker, organized and detailed oriented, with an understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets across national retail accounts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth, optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution of eCommerce initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon), CRM software, and data analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field preferred.
- National account management experience with a strong emphasis on eCommerce. Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors is not required, but preferred.
- Familiar in Big Retailer eCommerce platforms (e.g., HomeDepot.com, Amazon), CRM software, and data analytics tools is helpful, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
