We are building the ultimate "push-button" merchandise platform for youth sports clubs

Our goal is simple

allow any youth sports team to spin up a fully branded, professional e-commerce store with their own logo and colors in under 5 minutes.

Think of it as a flawless, highly optimized Printful-style platform built exclusively for the massive youth sports market.

The Challenge (The "AI Mandate")

We are not looking for a traditional development cycle.

We are looking for an engineer who has mastered AI-assisted development (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to do 6 months of traditional engineering work in 1 month.

You will act as a one-person hyper-productive engineering team, leveraging AI to write boilerplate, scale architectures, and rapidly prototype, while you focus on high-level system design and logic.

What You Will Build

You will be architecting a system that handles thousands of identical stores with different brand configurations.

Core deliverables include

Zero-Friction Onboarding

A frontend flow where a user uploads a logo, picks their team colors, and automatically generates a populated, styled storefront.

Multi-Tenant Architecture

A single, highly scalable codebase that routes traffic, themes, and product catalogs dynamically based on the team's custom domain or subdomain.

Automated Fulfillment Integration

Deep API integrations with print-on-demand and dropshipping partners so that orders are routed, manufactured, and shipped without manual intervention.

Payment Routing

Integration with platforms like Stripe Connect to seamlessly split payouts between the platform and the individual sports clubs.

An AI Power User

You code with AI as your co-pilot.

You know how to prompt for complex architectures, debug with LLMs, and use modern IDEs (like Cursor) to write highly scalable code at breakneck speed.

A Systems Architect

You understand the complexities of multi-tenant architectures.

You know how to build a database and routing system that securely isolates data for thousands of teams running on the exact same core infrastructure.

An E-Commerce Veteran

You have built modern e-commerce apps before. You understand cart state management, checkout flows, webhook handling for fulfillment, and payment gateway routing.

Pragmatic & Fast

You prioritize shipping over perfection.

You know when to write custom code and when to wire together existing APIs (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Printful/Printify APIs) to save time.
