We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising initiatives and drive measurable growth across multiple channels. In this role, you will oversee paid media, marketplace optimization, email marketing, and performance analytics to ensure our brand continues to scale effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), including retargeting and audience segmentation.
- Oversee Amazon PPC advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Marketplace & SEO Optimization
- Optimize product listings on Amazon and company website for improved visibility and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across product pages and site content.
- Improve on-page elements such as titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend keywords.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, and promotional flows.
- Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking through email platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand tone and drive customer retention through email.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all advertising channels.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key KPIs to drive profitable growth.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with internal teams to align paid media with overall brand and marketing goals.
- Contribute to content needs for ads (copy, visuals, landing page recommendations).
- Stay updated on advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon PPC campaigns with a track record of driving profitable performance.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and marketplace listing optimization (Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and crafting high-performing email flows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create clear performance reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a commitment to staying current on digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Experience working in e-commerce or consumer products is an asset.
