E-commerce Warehouse Associate

Exotic Blvd is an ecommerce brand known for rare and hard to find snacks and drinks from around the world. We move a high mix of products, keep inventory tight, and ship fast, which means the warehouse is the backbone of the operation.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to keep a warehouse moving. This is a full time role with steady hours, overtime available when things get busy.

Pay: 18.50 to 23 per hour, depending on experience.

What you’ll handle

• Pick and pack daily orders with accuracy
• Receive inbound shipments and organize stock
• Load and unload trucks
• Move pallets using a pallet jack
• Keep inventory counts tight and updated
• Light administrative work tied to orders and tracking
• Provide basic customer support through email or tickets
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist with cycle counts or inventory audits
• Update product listings or inventory levels in Shopify when needed
• Flag low stock or inventory discrepancies
• Support quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Cross train across warehouse tasks to help as volumes shift

What you need

• Solid English communication
• Ability to consistently lift and move packages up to about 40 pounds
• Comfortable standing for long stretches and working at a steady pace
• Experience in a warehouse environment, mid to experienced level
• Proficiency with Shopify, ShipStation, and Zendesk is a bonus
• Room for faster growth with Amazon, eBay, or Walmart marketplace experience
• Forklift certification is helpful but not required
• Driver's license

This role works best for someone who stays steady, communicates clearly, and keeps their space and tasks under control. The pace can jump, so you need to switch gears without turning it into a problem. If you follow through, keep things organized, and stay reliable day to day, you’ll blend in well with the team.
