As an Erie Home Territory Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted consultant and represent our esteemed brand. Your role will involve educating homeowners on our exceptional roofing solutions and demonstrating how we can address their most pressing challenges.

What You'll Be Doing (Primary Responsibilities)

• Generate Leads: Walk through designated neighborhoods and engage potential customers.
• Educate & Consult: Introduce homeowners to Erie Home's services and schedule free, no-obligation estimates with our Outside Sales team.
• Represent the Best: Ensure all prospective customers have a remarkable experience that mirrors the high standards of Erie Home.
• Hit Goals: Meet individual and team performance targets weekly and be rewarded generously for your achievements! (Transportation for neighborhood routes will be provided.)

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Thursday, 11 AM-8 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM-4 PM (Some Fridays may rotate with Saturdays)

Requirements

• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a willingness to start conversations.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors daily in various conditions (extended walking/standing required).
• Must be a quick learner, open to coaching, and possess a positive, resilient attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• High school diploma or equivalent (must be at least 18 years of age).
