We are seeking a dedicated Customer and Retail Specialist to join our team. This position offers flexible hours, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in our physical store location
• Assist with managing our e-commerce presence
• Utilize Shopify platform for online sales and inventory management

• Previous retail experience
• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in-store
• Passion for cycling, running or the outdoors.

Ability to commute/relocate

• Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
