- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies tailored to the wine and spirits industry, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring seamless user experience, engaging content, and up-to-date product listings.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to enhance website visibility, improve organic search rankings, and increase traffic through targeted SEO campaigns.
- Implement conversion optimization tactics across digital channels to maximize sales performance, including A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user journey analysis.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL databases to monitor website performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create compelling content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and blog articles that resonate with our target audience.
- Coordinate social media marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Design eye-catching graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials, banners, and social media visuals.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing workflows, customer segmentation, and personalized outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, copywriters, and sales staff to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of content management systems such as WordPress.
- Expertise in SEO tools, keyword research techniques, SEM strategies, and Google Ads campaign management.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics and SQL for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management (Facebook Advertising), email marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for website customization and troubleshooting.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to craft persuasive product descriptions and compelling marketing messages.
- Deep understanding of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies within the wine & spirits e-commerce space.
